Egg Roll in a Bowl
2-3 Bags of Coleslaw Mix or 3-4 cups shredded cabbage
1 TBSP Sesame Oil
3 Gloves Minced Garlic
3 TBSP Soy Sauce
1/2 TSP Ginger
- Brown ground beef and set aside
- Add in sesame oil, coleslaw mix, and garlic
- Cook until cabbage begins to wilt
- Add back in beef along with soy sauce and ginger
- Mix well and serve hot
- Top with green onions, chow mein noodles
*This recipe is easily adaptable to your preferences. Stir fry any additional ingredients with cabbage mixture. Protein can be substitute with a variety of different grounds.
