Instant Pot Beef Stroganoff
1/2 Stick Butter
1 small onion chopped
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1 package Mushroom Gravy Mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup cooking sherry
1/2 cup sour cream
8oz package of egg noodles
- Turn instant pot to Saute and add in butter
- Once butter is melted add in stew beef and cook until browned
- Add in onions and cook until translucent
- Turn Saute off and add in the remaining ingredients minus the noodles
- Set to cook for 10 minutes
- While your stroganoff cooks, cook your noodles until done
- Once your Instant Pot has done a natural release or a 5 minute quick release, open and mix in sour cream
- Serve stroganoff over noodles
